How do you use it?

Essential oil is versatile in its use, for example:

In a diffuser

Drip a few drops onto a wooden aroma diffuser. Enjoy the scent in the bedroom, living room, or bathroom.

In the bath

Mix 5-8 drops with a neutral carrier oil (such as jojoba oil) and add to the bathwater. Do not add directly to the bath — essential oil does not dissolve in water on its own.

As massage oil

Mix a few drops per tablespoon of carrier oil (such as Jojoba oil) and use for a soothing massage.
