You can easily brew loose tea with a tea infuser or tea filter. Use about one teaspoon of tea per cup and pour hot water over it. The ideal water temperature and brewing time vary per type of tea. Therefore, always check the packaging for exact instructions.

As a guideline:

Herbal tea: 7–10 minutes
Green tea: 2–3 minutes
